Meal Delivery

We’re here to help!

52 weeks per year, our street outreach meal delivery program provides connections, social service resources, personal hygiene supplies, and meals to our unhoused community members. Our primary goal is to let them know that they are seen and treated with dignity. For some, this may be the only meal they have that day. Through our outreach program, we offer an opportunity for relationships to be built between neighbors. Food insecurity is an issue that can be fixed with the right amount of hard work, resources, and coordination. We give an opportunity to both help and connect with our neighbors. Sign up to volunteer below.

Our volunteers make and deliver lunches to the homeless in Carmichael every Thursday. The 9:00 am team makes lunches at the Food Closet at Carmichael Presbyterian Church. The 10:00 am team meets at the Food Closet and delivers lunches in teams of two. Our delivery routes run north and south along Fair Oaks Blvd starting at Carmichael Park.
